In the spotlight... again
Last Tuesday was the artist reception for the Artful August show here at the Villages at Leesburg. I didn't end up winning anything but it was still very nice to go and be apart of something. It was also really great to be among other artist and feed my artistic soul with good inspiration. It's been quite a while since I've had my "art" in the spotlight... it's been pretty much since high school LOL! It was nice to be appreciated again. The hubby snapped a few pics of my "big moment" and I was happy he was proud of me :)

That's awesome. I'm happy you got out there and did it :) Even if you didn't win you still did more than I have the guts to do. I'm always afraid to put myself out there.
